| This 23-year-old patient from Corona California had her first breast
augmentation in 2005. She noticed her breast implants "bottoming
out" and came to meet Dr. Pousti regarding corrective surgery of
her breast implants in 2007. Dr. Pousti performed revisionary surgery
with removal and replacement of both breast implants in May of 2007.
He fixed the position of the pocket so that the breast implants have
a natural look to them. She is 1-month post op revisionary breast augmentation
surgery and she loves her results. |
| This 37 year old patient from San Marcos, California had her first
breast augmentation surgery by another surgeon in Southern California
but ended up with a "double bubble" on the right side. She
was very unhappy with her results so she started searching for a board
certified plastic surgeon in Southern California who performed lots
of revisionary breast surgery. She found Dr. Pousti. She felt very comfortable
with her choice and proceeded with surgery. She had her current implants
removed and replaced with new saline breast implants. The saline breast
implants were filled to 425cc on both sides.
She is only 2 months post-op revisionary breast augmentation surgery
as well as pocket correction of the right side and VERY happy with
her results.

with new implants as well as increase the distance between her breasts
(correct the mild symmastia). This
patient traveled to have Dr. Pousti perform her surgery. She searched
the internet and found that he was very experienced with revisionary
breast surgery and symmastia repair. She wanted to fix the mal-position
of her breast implants.The patient is only a few weeks out from surgery
with a beautiful result and very happy with the size and shape of her
breasts. Notice that the nipple-areola complex are no longer pointing
outward but rather straight ahead. |

works for Allergan (one of the main breast implant manufactorers) and
when he found out that her sister needed revisionary breast surgery
, he started researching who was the best plastic surgeon in Southern
California. The research pointed to Dr. Pousti so this patient came
in for a consultation. She was nursing her new baby at the time so Dr.
Pousti recommended that she come back after she had stopped lactating.
This patient was devistated due to the fact that she knew that she had
symmastia (medial displacement of the breast implants) and now had 2
deflated saline breast implants. She was very unhappy with her current
situation and wanted it resolved. |
